Returns & Exchanges

At Hey Blue Sheep, we dedicate our limited energy to product development — to bring you better and more interesting designs. With that in mind, our returns and exchanges policy is as follows:

Returns

  • We do not offer returns, unless an error was made on our part.

  • All sales are final.

  • If you purchase multiple sizes of the same item, we’re happy to accept a return of the size that doesn’t suit you. We want to help you find the best fit.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • You may exchange your item for another product of the same value, or for store credit (shipping fees not included).

  • For UK-based orders, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for the value of the purchase, excluding shipping.

  • If you're exchanging for a different size, please notify us within 5 working days of confirming the new size. Returned items must be in original condition.

Refunds

  • If a refund is processed (in the case of an error on our part), please allow 3–10 working days for the amount to appear in your account — this depends on your bank.

  • Payments made via Apple Pay or Google Pay may take longer to process.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
