At Hey Blue Sheep, we dedicate our limited energy to product development — to bring you better and more interesting designs. With that in mind, our returns and exchanges policy is as follows:
Returns

We do not offer returns, unless an error was made on our part.

All sales are final.

If you purchase multiple sizes of the same item, we’re happy to accept a return of the size that doesn’t suit you. We want to help you find the best fit.
Exchanges & Store Credit

You may exchange your item for another product of the same value, or for store credit (shipping fees not included).

For UK-based orders, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for the value of the purchase, excluding shipping.

If you're exchanging for a different size, please notify us within 5 working days of confirming the new size. Returned items must be in original condition.
Refunds

If a refund is processed (in the case of an error on our part), please allow 3–10 working days for the amount to appear in your account — this depends on your bank.

Payments made via Apple Pay or Google Pay may take longer to process.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
